Weekend Yoga Crafts

This past weekend I spent a little time in the garden and behind the sewing machine. 🌞From this week onwards, you will be able to enjoy hand-made eye bags for savasana during my classes!

These sweet little things are filled with flaxseed, lavender essential oil and lavender hand-picked from our garden in New Brighton. The fabric is a cotton/silk blend to be soft on your eyes, and I even made a couple of extra hypo-allergenic ones if you are super sensitive. These hypo-allergenic bags are made from silk and don't contain any lavender products.

If you decide you love these and want one for your home practice, I can make to order, cost is $20/bag.
